On Friday we went to see Ice Age3 at a youth program called Rage. I think that Ice Age was so funny and so cute. If you have seen the advertisnment on TV then you know how cute the little baby dinasours are. Also remember that acorn animal thing well he has a new true love but sorry im not telling you what it is . As many of you may know i like little kid movies and shows because i think there fun though i do like other older movies to. I thought Ice Age3 was more for little kids though i still think you will enjoy the movie.

Sadly one of our awesome teachers are leaving the school. I think she is a nice caring person with a true heart. She is good to have around because when you are in a bit of a fight then she can fix it. Everyone at our school loves her and thinks she is great. She is one of the most awesomest teachers we have at our school. I have always thought she is a person you can trust and keep as a friend.      <3

Today is the day to hand in our High Flyers. I think this terms High Flyer was i think harder and more challenging. I hope i get a High Flyer because i have worked hard to get one. The reason why i would like to get a High Flyer i because if you get all 4 you get the last one in a frame and you can take it to high school saying you are a successful student. I think if you are a good student then you have a better chance to get into the high school.

As all of you know our hip hop rock-star awesome the best legend has passed away. Michael Jackson has been an inspiration to me because he is such a good musician. At the age of 7 i hated him untill i heard his songs. The biggest song that had inspired me the most was probably “THRILLER”. When he sang Thriller i thought he looked great though he needed to ad on abit of weight. Even when he added on some plastic to his face i still loved him. When i was watching the Channel V tribute with all of his songs i started crying only a little bit though but not only for my sake but because of his children that thought he was faking it. If that happened to me i would like to think it was an act. Micheal was a new Elvis to many people. Even though i didn’t know Elvis that much i still thought Micheal was better. When i was only little i saw all these CD’s of him thinking it was a joke but when i was 8 i loved him. He will always be a legend to me.

I had the most yummiest meal at the restraunt it was so nice. I had friends and family to see us for mums birthday. I had a delicious meal that you probably wont like it had prawns and lemon grass and it was so scrummy. For my dessert i had a yummy coconut ice-cream and stickey rice and mmmmmmm it was good though i didn’t finish it because it was so filling. I have my plans of going ther another time with friends that might actually like the food.

When i was ready to present my power point for the interview i got all freaked out that i might do something wrong or something like that. I had good achievments and other good comments. I had my ups and downs but its ok i have tryed and i will get better next year.

We have been set a homework task. The task is to write about the fortnight. This fortnight has been a great one because we got to look at out report cards and we got to conduct our interviews for our parents. My interview went well. The teacher had encouraged me to keep on trying and always have a go. I know now that i have to ignore distractions and keep on going with my work. Another good thing about this fortnight was choir. We got to learn more words to a couple of songs. During this fortnight it has also been fun exploring this new art work we are doing called grid work. Grid work involves drawing a piece of an image in each box on a grid. My picture is Winnie the Pooh holding his mouth laughing. Other images we could have drawn included Power Rangers, Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse and an elephant. One of the highlights of this fortnight is my mums birthday dinner to look forward to tomorrow night. We are going to the Thai Orchid. I can’t wait to try the yummy Thai food.

Today we had the Power Community Youth Program come to our school. We had Wade Thompson from the football team power, Moronia Gerrard from the netball team Thunder Birds, Jonathon Giles from the football team Power and Matt Thomas from team power aswell. They thought us about how cigerretes harm you. Did you know that a cigerette contains 4,000 chemicals the ones we got told about are:

• Ammonia- Floor Cleaners
• Butane- Gas
• Cadmium- Battery Acid
• Carbon Monxide- Car Fuel
• Phosphorus- Laundry Detergent
• Hydron Cyanide- Poison Gas
• Arsenic- Rat Poisoning
• Methanol- Rocket Fuel
• Toulene- Nail Polish Remover

We also found out that if you are smoking while pregnant then it can harm an unborn baby. I think that smoking is stupid because it can harm a life and it costs allot each year.

Today was a great lesson and i learnt that smoking is harmful and also wastes allot of money.

The other day we got our report cards. Waiting to see our report cards was nerve racking. As the teacher walked to me and gave it to me i sat there for about a minute thinking about what grades i got. I thought i could do better though. I was excited to know that i got a B but i wanted abit more then 1.

I found this other really cool website called http://www.urbanfonts.com/free-fonts.htm its got really cool fonts to choose from. I really like these fonts though i think the graffiti is way better so im going to stick with that as my header. The bad thing about this site is that it comes up with another internet page to write your name of blog of whatever.

Hey i just wanted to let you know this cool new website i have been on. the website is so cool and i have made awesome headers. the one i have on know is made from graffiti creator. To save the graffiti i had to print screen and paste it on to photo shop. Then i had to crop it so it was just the graffiti and check it out. I thought it was a good idea to over due it so much that its colourful. I got anna709 thought it was so cool so i thought she should do her header as it to. On Friday it was so fun we went to a blue light disco with a friend from Golden Grove. The disco was in Golden Grove which is far away though it was soooooooo!!! worth it. We got to dance the night away worried that our time will be up soon. At the last minute i made a couple of friends with my other friends and they were pretty cool. Two friends i met Anthony and the other guy though i don’t know his name well they could shuffle with there feet and it was awesome. It felt like half an hour when it was actuallly 3 hours. At the end i was pretty upset leaving my new friends but it was ok because i got there numbers and we are going to meet up sometime. At the end of the blue light disco there was a Hungry Jacks on the other side of the road so we called the parents on our mobile and got them to pick us up from there because we got money. When we got back to my friends house we couldn’t be quiet about it, it was so fun and so tyring that our legs felt like they would fall of.

The other day we had hairlarious day. It was so funny seeing everyones hair styles. My favourite one turned out to be benny1000 because he had blue hair and it went all over his face which made him look like a smirf so HAHAHA!!! (laugh) to benny1000. I really wasn’t to keen on my hair because it was to simple and i needed to have spray or something in my hair. I just had a high and low pig tail. Well thats all i ahve today i need to get goin and please don’t take this out on yourself don’t cry.
